Kyocera Circle of Excellence guests fly from home cities to the Nassau International Airport. Your local journeymasters will greet you, assist with your luggage and guide you to your coach (private for Kyocera guests) for your short transfer (about 10 minutes) to the beautiful Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island. After preferred check-in with a refreshing welcome drink, relax or explore the resort.

Your Club Level Room

Kyocera Circle of Excellence suites are West Bay Oceanview Club Level Rooms featuring a four-poster king-size bed with fine 100% cotton linens, a duck feather duvet, cozy seating area, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and fully stocked mini bar. The bathroom is outfitted with marble his and her vanities with back-lit mirrors and walk-in showers with a rain showerhead, plus luxurious Red-Lane Spa Amenity Kits, his and her bathrobes, plush oversized towels and full size hair dryer.

Cocktail Party – Sandals West Bay Seaside Pool Terrace 6:00PM to 7:00PM

We meet on the beautiful Sandals West Bay Seaside Pool Terrace, for a private one hour premium cocktail party with hors d’oeuvres to start our trip off just right. Welcome to The Bahamas!

Circle of Excellence Buffet Welcome Dinner – Sandals West Bay Seaside Pool Terrace 7:00PM to 10:00PM

The fun continues with a bountiful buffet dinner with the Mento Band to get this Island Party started!

Your morning is free to enjoy the beautiful Sandals Royal Bahamian! If you haven’t already, make dinner reservations for tonight and tomorrow at the Kyocera Hospitality Desk. Spend the day on the water with a variety of beach and pool activities offered…or (at an additional cost) spend it on the award-winning Baha Mar Golf Course or in the lovely Sandals Red Lane Spa. 

Kyocera’s Circle of Excellence Private Sunset Sail – meet on the West Bay Beach at 4:15pm

Sail off into the sunset on this private catamaran cruise along the beautiful Nassau coastline as you take in the stunning views of the sun setting on the Caribbean Ocean. Tasty appetizers, exotic cocktails and Caribbean music on board. The cruise is 2 hours, back to Sandals in time to freshen up before dinner at your leisure.

Today and tonight are all yours to take advantage of this glorious destination!

Resort activities include snorkeling trips and all equipment, hobie cats, paddle boards, kayaks … beach volleyball, basketball, pool tables and tennis … take a water taxi to Sandals Royal Bahamian’s private offshore island Barefoot Cay … the options are seemingly endless!

Kyocera Circle of Excellence Cocktail Hour – Coconut Grove 6:00PM to 7:00PM

Kyocera Circle of Excellence Dinner and Awards Gala – Sandals Royal Bahamian Ballroom 7:00PM to 10:00PM

We begin our celebration together at Sandals Coconut Grove – starting with a fun Cocktail Hour with snacks and crudites followed by a plated dinner and Circle of Excellence Awards Gala in the Sandals Ballroom. Open Bar, Photographer for awards photos and DJ for entertainment and dancing.

Last night you received a departure notice letting you know what time to have your luggage ready for pickup and what time to meet for your transfer to the Nassau Airport for your flight back home.
